Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Item must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized/custom products

• Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theforayclub@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right promptly.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank/payment provider

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or replacement item, contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange when available.
